Jiangsu Yihai Equipment Technology Co., Ltd. is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Jiangyin Rongxing Mechanical Industrial Engineering Co., Ltd. It was registered in 2015 with a registered capital of 12.8 million yuan. Mainly engaged in the development and production of high-tech industries. There are currently more than 30 employees, of which technical personnel account for more than 50% of the total number of employees, and there are many leading high-end scientific research talents with Ph.D. and post-doctoral degrees.

In the future, the company will further carry out research and development of sensor technology and gradually carry out technical research on data collection and system integration. Yihai Equipment has obtained one invention patent and six utility model patents through preliminary work such as talent introduction, technical cooperation, and technology introduction. The company obtained environmental management system ISO14001 certification and quality management system ISO9001 certification in 2021. In the same year, the company started the application process for "high-tech enterprise". In 2022, the company signed a strategic cooperation agreement with South Korea's KC Enterprise to jointly develop and produce a series of fault prevention service sensor products.

The main business scope of Yihai Equipment is emergency intelligent products, intelligent IoT products, intelligent manufacturing, environmental protection, semi-finished products automatic logistics lines and various supporting equipment. Currently, the technology products independently developed and produced include amphibious boats for emergency rescue and plastic diaphragm sorting machines for reuse and sorting of tire steel wire calendered cord plastic isolation films.
